Fabulous property and room was very comfortable with a beautiful view. Management and owners were very responsive. On site health spa services and a water’s edge sauna were super convenient and a nice additional offering. Took full advantage of the services. Would definitely come back.

The Salal Suite is such a peaceful and picturesque space. The double rainfall shower was amazing, the suite was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We really appreciated how intentionally the spaces were designed, with so many thoughtful details throughout that made the stay feel extra special. We especially loved walking into the shared hallway and being greeted by peaceful and tranquil music, it was such a lovely touch that added to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful stay! The view was gorgeous and we loved the sauna. Everything in the room was luxurious and well thought out. Was the perfect anniversary getaway and we would love to come back!

We stayed in the Mahonia Suite at Tsuga Beach Inn and it was worth the 5+ hour trip getting there (driving, traffic, and ferry). From the well thought-out and tasteful rooms, furniture, amenities, to the magnificent view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, this place is truly a destination that sets itself apart from the standard resort style hotels and motels. It was so easy to just relax in the room for an afternoon, walk down the wooded and environmentally-friendly path to the sauna, and to the beach for a swim (or paddle-board).
The added bonus is the proximity to so many cool, fun and quaint small towns in the area - Sechelt, Roberts Creek, and especially Gibsons. Lots of restaurants, shopping, spas, and beach walks.
I highly recommend this place (we'll be back during storm season) for the ultimate getaway to relax, adventure, and escape.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay at the Tsuga Beach Inn. The most incredible feature is the location of the inn. It is perched on the high cliff among trees and overlooking the water. The views during the day and at night are equally breathtaking. We slept with the curtains open so we could look through the tall trees at the glistening ocean under the moonlight. Walking half way down the hill is the beach sauna where you could have an ocean view sauna session. Keep walking all the way down is the most unique beach with large boulders, which looks different from any other beach we have seen. The facility is well designed and every detail was well thought out to provide comfort and tranquility. It is also minutes from the Smugglers Cove, one of the most incredible hikes at Sunshine Coast. It was an amazing experience for us.

The room was very clean and felt very luxurious. The views are incredible and the access to the beach and sauna was really well marked and easy to get to. There's even lights for the evening. Was top notch!

We had such a beautiful stay at this inn. The waterfront view and easy beach access were absolutely lovely. Waking up to the ocean each morning felt like a true reset. The sauna and ocean cold plunge experience was especially unique and memorable.
The space is thoughtfully designed, from the welcoming entrance to the perfectly placed tub that makes the most of the view. Everything felt clean, intentional, and free of unnecessary clutter. A truly peaceful and well curated retreat.

The space was beautiful with an oceanfront view, we enjoyed lying there just listening to the waves and taking in the fresh air. Super responsive host when corresponding with them, we were missing coffee cups to use the machine upon check in and it was promptly resolved when it was brought to our host’s attention.
Outside of that, we noticed on the last night there was a stain on the duvet, but the space was overall well maintained and clean.

I stayed in the Mahonia Suite at Tsuga Beach Inn for three days and absolutely loved it. The space is beautifully designed—peaceful, elegant, and surrounded by nature. Every detail felt intentional, from the cozy bedding to the forest and ocean views from the private balcony, a perfect blend of comfort and quiet luxury.
